Background, Training, Activities and Events
I am a herbal educator, writer, and researcher. My passion is creating synergistic relationships with the natural world through recipes, workshops, writing, and creating engaging learning environments. I am a post-graduate (with Distinction) from both the Certificate and Diploma in Herbology programmes from the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, and have additional training from the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine and in traditional Ayurvedic practice.
I previously lived on an intentional community, where living holistically with each other and with the natural world was a central focus of our lives, an ethos and approach I try to carry with me throughout my work. I am currently undertaking a Cranio-sacral practitioner training and will be qualified in 2025.
I am the in-house herbologist for Cunning Folk Magazine, an independent publication about magic, mythology, folklore, and the occult. Find my articles and recipes in print and online here. We have recently launched the Cunning Folk House Blend, a unique custom herbal blend designed to enhance the creative occult and be a synergistic experience alongside the publication.

Here you will find pictures and descriptions of past projects and information about upcoming projects and opportunities. Please contact me to enquire about workshops and away-days, custom herbal blends, holistic wellbeing consultations, foraging walks and other activities.
I love collaborating with fellow creatives, so if you’d like to work together or have ideas for a joint project please contact me. I’d love to hear from you! xo
